Because everyone spends their time bombing houses.
And everyone who has to go for their house for a legitimate non-pk related reason gets chased by people and has money on them to trade.

That is EXTREMELY situational to the point I can't even imagine someone just randomly bombing people's house doors and chasing them to restricted areas.

Beyond that point, most homes have two entrances.. and sewer houses are in a no-pk zone so it is irrelevant to have any problems if you're going to your house for a reason beyond running from a fight.

Plus you can just run around in circles and dodge for 15 seconds if that occasion arises.

I see no problems with this idea.

I see that point as invalid, a while ago, back when the old gangs where around, i ended up chasing someone, forgot who, during a raid, and I'm 99% sure he wasn't running because he was trading, because he was in the fight the whole time, had low hp and ran. He then popped into a house and it saved his ass. That's back when we struggled for points.
