I agree.
Without the updates, its an absolute failure.
Perhaps even in a worst form than the initial.

You can't place expectations on leaders as you would in the other system...

A stupid shop isn't going to do anything for the gang system. Everyone will get the prizes in a week and then be bored again.

There's a reason the gang system wasn't released before Alf. In its current state, it's nothing more than a party system with a pretty gui. People can append -my awesome guild- to their names, tally their kills, and have the same game-play elements that the gang system currently offers.

Gangs were supposed to have an expiration date. If gangs didn't meet certain expectations, the gang would eventually be deleted. Leaders were also supposed to have goals to work toward to make having a gang worthwhile -- ways to expand your gang, perks for controlling bases, perks for raiding, and so on. Maybe you could try to implement some of that.

then wtf happened its been a month that shouldve been done already. unless alf didnt give the staff an assignment when he was gone for 2 weeks

i liked the one with the 5 gangs wit like a 30 person cap.
since there are like 5 bases each gang could have their own base
