Late reply but your issue is that your tileset is 24-bit not 8-bit which is why you are unable to use it in the editor.

I've converted it for you (see attached) for now, but you can read my guide on how-to do it yourself.

All do respect, but why would we steal that? It's the graal "default" tileset with modified cliffs and tiles that like they were ripped from RPG Maker.
