Any server staff should be prepared to answer a question or direct someone to somebody else who can answer it regardless of their specific role, it may be tedious in this case but it generally works out better to make someone understand why they cannot "b admin" as opposed to just ignoring them, that usually just splits it into multiple questions of "can i b lat", "can i b faq", "can i b gp", "can i b et" and it just gets worse.
