/In favour of SY being removed
/Not in favour of any particular gang to replace it
/Not in favour of Ramsfan leading yet another gang. Call it assuming, but if this guy has lead and lost so many gangs for one reason or another, perhaps he shouldn't keep getting gangs.

Apparently gang leaders are no longer allowed to go on vacations without being replaced by someone random
