SY was already removed about 10 days ago, Akeon said it would take him about a week to collaborate ideas and get a new gang out. (10 days ago...)

A great thought out idea, but I doubt it'd get done. I presented Akeon with over a dozen ideas with outlines like this, and I even made a set of gang bases for him... all he needed to do was upload the base and rename SY.

LC nor any other gang will be revived according to Akeon, I argued with him for some extent of time about ideas and he simply denied them all (I suggested reviving a new LC as one of them). Then I asked for his ideas and he didn't have any.

I totally agree that all the high admins minus Andrew are completely wrong for their respective jobs. The PWA should step in and fix it, but they probably won't cause they would be contradicting their choices previously in the times between Chris and Kinetaro. I mean TSA himself is sitting here reading and responding to our posts and sees how horrible it is...

Hi there. Don't put words in my mouth just because you interpreted incorrectly. I never said anyone could be inactive for weeks so long as they don't do anything wrong -_- Also, kinetaro hasn't been inactive for weeks. Just sayin.


You weren't exactly under the demand of managing a staff team, organising content, hiring/firing staff, having 30 people PMing you at once demanding an answer within the first 5 seconds of asking though, so you're not exactly on-par. There are times where arguments like this about having a "big operation" do not compare with the smaller more aggravating things. Think about how tiny cuts can hurt more annoyingly than a gaping hole in your leg. Analogies aside, your comparison still isn't on-par when taking into consideration your differences in duties. Anyone can simply play the game. I doubt you'd have wanted to even get on after your surgery to make the "big decisions" mentioned above though.

I think it would be nice to automatically join a gang when you hit x amount of hours.
basically everyone would always have a gang tag, but there would be many flaws that we'd have to cover to make that system work... balancing and etc.

But its a start....more people in gangs, noobs or not, its still fun..

how the **** are you going to possibly go from 2 gangs to 5?

if era averages 60 players 30 are trials/noobs and that leaves 30 people to split up between 5 gangs

We can find a way to give noobs the satisfaction of being in a Gang, and give them something with less skill to do that provides well to each gang.
