Best way to keep a Server running?

Plan your servers future and have due dates.

You need to make a VERY detailed outline for your server and start assigning work to your staff. give them a deadline and if they don't keep up with it, fire them. Also the outline is used because you cant make a successful server if you dont even no what u want. So plan it out and you already have a better chance than most servers.
