I like the trees but I still suggest making them images so you can make only the trunk blocking and walk under the tops, and so overlapping looks right (since they're smaller than the normal tree tops). It'll also save you room on the tileset for those much needed missing tiles (I search on pics1 for some certain corner tiles all the time and can never find them ). Also the top of the gray tree seems to be missing some details.

My opinions cause they matter.

i plan on making my own unique tiles for the majority of the entire thing based on the style of the tree. mainly because alot of my friends made well-LATed servers but had absolutley no tile changes so they seemed boring. i dont want to do that. i want it to look more abstract and free flowing. once i have all the core tiles done and fixed (since this was only a test) ill post some screenshots. ill also do what you said about the tree.
