Reset. Control the economy by having each and every gun in gun shops and able to sell them back to the NPC Shop. Also player owned business's do give players advatanges by far. Ecspecially with a reset, if everyone is purchasing new guns the owner will get all the money. The only reason the business's wern't making much at the moment is because very rarely are guns purchased from the shops. Duh.

The best option to delete the hundreds of guns the fastest would just be to remove them all, then give the 3-4 that existed back to the players who owned them. Other than that I firmly believe Chris has had his heart set upon resetting since he became Manager and despite not being totally prepared at the moment, I think it can be accomplished.
