There's been problems with it before, he should've just went to another company. Obviously Graal's at fault here for depending on an undependable company.
What? They forgot to delete the installation directory before, LOL.
But regardless it would be Graal that would be sued by its customers (Graal would then in turn sue SupportTrio, at least in the US).
