Support.

The support page in graalonline.com should have the link to the correct email ([email protected]) instead of GraalDesk and that stuff.

Or maybe they should put back up the support center. Sounds like a better plan to me.

That support centre is a danger to our customers' private information. I'm not going to go into another detailed post again about everything, it's been mentioned enough times on the forums.

It was a danger TSAdmin, and rightfully anyone of us could press legal charges against Cyberjouers for having that private information leaked.

By a legal standing, you'd want to go after the creators of Support Trio, just like if I were unixmad I would too. OUR customers were put at risk due to the trusted software of another company.

Regardless of the need for a new support center, this would be a good idea. There needs to be an alternative whether a new one is going up or not.

No crap, use another software. Just because the one they used before was vulnerable is absolutely no excuse to forgo having one at all, because clearly not having one does not work very well.

I've also pointed out multiple times on the forums that we've already been looking for new software, Tig sifted through a ton of them, many of which were perfect. None were accepted by Stefan though.

Keeping on the topic though, the website definitely should redirect to better pages and even the main page have a better and more prominent "Contact Us" or "Need Support?" link.

Just wondering, did he say anything besides "No."? Like a reason.

You'd have to ask Tig about specific reactions and responses, but the gist I got was he'd rather not have a new one at all.

coreys 05-09-2010 07:09 AM

I could write support center software that didn't have those kind of vulnerabilities in my sleep, so I don't see what the issue is.

It's painfully obvious that Stefan just wants the issue to just go away instead of fixing it.

You mean I could go after the creators of Support Trio.

But I rather much go after Cyberjouers, or however the dumb name is spelled.
