I wouldn't waste time on it if I was you. It's trash right now, and it's not likely to get better because of the nature of in-game GUIs.
Trash in what way?
Scripted RC would open many possibilities including separate logs/tags for special npc data, direct access to other scripted tools, customizable RC news etc.
Playerlist will also work with > 1000 players
