This is ridiculous. I don't understand, why go public when obviously this haven't been discussed with Streety? I mean this is just nonsense! If there is going to be a war against two servers, then the managers on each side needs to discuss this before they dump something like that in our faces. It's not fair to the other server and it's really not fair to the players.

In the past, server wars were mainly spontaneous without planning, though the news on login feature didn't exist back then.

Why would it be discussed with Streety? We challenged Unholy Nation to a series of cross-server events, and rather than accepting, they tried to call us out on being "unprofessional" and used that as an excuse for declining.

It is a shame, though, that Unholy Nation overreacted so much. I was looking forward to the events

I think a lot of you don't know what you're talking about. The purpose of the event was to get repersenitives from both servers to participate in some server events. However, everything would be fair for both servers. That means that the Era players can only use the same gun as UN players and they would all have the same stats, i.e. speed, strength, ammo, guns, etc.

On UN the Era players most likely would only need the 13HP/3sword stats.

Then the players would have some events hosted on both UN and Era. The events would include both PK and Non-PK events and then the winner could have custom guildtag, guildhat, weapon, etc.

Also, let me also mention that this would in no way stop the development of the server. What I purposed to do would use events/things already on the server. While yes, their might have to be some small adjustments made nothing too drastic.

I honestly don't mind that Streety said no though. It's his choice and I'm not going to condemn him for it. However, some of you guys don't know what you're talking about.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with cross-server events to "stimulate" the game's player base. However, the way the Era administration executed their "challenge" resulted in Era players on UN harassing staff, and other players; with Era administration egging them on by saying things like "Streety won't ban anyone for fear of losing players".

Because of the way they brought this to fruition, I will not be sponsoring any cross-server events at all. I was excited about the idea of Graalympics way back when managers from classic servers talked about it like 7 or 8 months ago; now I want nothing to do with it.

I want to stay as far away from the administration of other servers as possible, and just focus on UN. It's not about watering the "fight" down, or being a sissy at all. It's entirely centric on the immaturity, and lack of professionalism that Era's staff displayed.

On another note, I realize that my own staff base got a little rowdy when the group from Era came to UN. I will be teaching them how to avoid such conflict in future scenarios. It was uncalled for.

tbh, I was the one getting players to mass it wasn't the administration, I'm not even staff on era unless you count ET. The administration got them on era sure, but I'm the one who got them to spam, for some reason UN thought it was Squirt and banned him..Streety just accept the challenge, its good PR for both servers, both should be mature about it from now on but seriously..

then there was no real challenge except Era players and staff harassing UN. It's ok to actually PROPOSE SOMETHING and, in light humor, say "Era will win," but when you get a bunch of players to go on UN, say Era will win, spam us, call us names, and then NOT EVEN PROPOSE ANYTHING, then that's taking it too far too soon.

It was the fact that Chris and squirt encouraged this matter, which happened to turn out completely immature. If UN wanted to challenge Era, a thread or even possible conversation with UN staff could of been more appropriate. I don't think Streety was being a wuss at all when he declined.

If it was up to me, I would have Era Administration reviewed on server diplomacy.

If UN's staff got upset that Era's players said UN sucks then honestly, all you UN players need to get some self-esteem. Your server ego got hurt? Now before you say im supporting Era, that's not true. If Squirt/Chris really did send people over to spam UN, then that is very very unprofessional. But lets be honest, on UN 90% of mass messages are spam anyways or inappropriate. Also, I see streety's reason for not wanting to participate, but then i see the other side that makes me think he actually is not acting mature, as he appears scarred for life because of this action as he wants to be so far away from these "events". This event was ruined by both sides actions, but neither side should be holding a grudge, like someone said, at the end of the day it is just a game.

Let me just say this before you go all hating on Era.

Era players for the majority were just saying ERA WILL WIN!!!!!, and setting their tags to era is better than UN. There is nothing wrong about that. Then the UN players started to goad them into doing worse things. For example, the PR Admin stated that Era players are illiterate retards who couldn't count. Honestly, what do you expect the era people to do? Just sit there and take that? I don't think so. Also, he was supposed to be a highly respected individual on the server and instead he goes to these pity masses. Chris and me did nothing that should condone us.

Also, the whole thing was a joke so grow up. I already told Streety I was sorry and apologized about what happened, but this shouldn't be taken overboard by both servers.

I'd like to mention I got called an emo and was told to kill myself..srs guys? I massed the link to the forums and said era will win. my nick wasn't even anything because I didnt like the spam nick everyone was using. UN needs to chill, this wasn't anything serious whatsoever. It was meant to be fun, and you blew it out of proportions because UN is Dahrahhhhhmaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa zone half the time.
