In another MMORPG, i don't think i can name it, you just wear your armor etc, but over your armor you can wear cash equipment, that doesn't add any stats. but still looks cool, maybe this is an idea for GK? It wouldn't affect gameplay at all, and might earn cyberjours some money.
The name of game your looking for is Maplestory. But i dont think we need people having heart rings and playing retarded effects around when they're close (I know close minded of me to say but still) it would just be a bit on the obnoxious side.

There are many games which have that sort of a system. Although none of which, atleast none that i've encountered, have a system where you have to p2p also.
