New ideas, and some recycled ones.

Idea: Return the PBP to it's previous statistics; such as it's 25 damage and lower freeze.
Reason: Currently, the PBP isn't much better than an M3 / PL9 Shotgun.

Idea: Return the PL9 Logistics as a usable gun (new event item).
Cost: 30 ECs.
Reason: Adds an additional item to the events shop, and provides a new element of weaponry.

Idea: Introduce a new 'gang points system.'
Reason: The current gang points system only determines kills (+2) and deaths (-2). I think the system should only recognize kills (+2) instead of deaths, because deaths often prevent some gangs from raiding if they have a lower member count. Also, I think 'assists' (+1) should be added. An assist will be rewarded to a player who damages another gang member by 60+ damage. Three categories will be introduced: kills, assists, and points (total amount of kills + assists). The list will also display more than the current "top 5" only.

Idea: Introduce "Regency Dinner Theater" as a 'Video Combine.'
Reason: The term "Video Combine" refers to a sequence of video footage against a particular gang (or individual player). The reasoning behind this (if submitted by the player who records the footage) will be to allow players to view a player (or gang) during combat and analyze his / her or their movement(s).

Idea: Introduce a 'Sparring Statistics' list.
Reason: This will enable players to view their statistics amongst other sparrers; the lists will be based off of career sparring win-percentage, career wins, career losses, and weekly sub-lists of each category.

Idea: Reintroduce "Club Red Fox."
Reason: This will be the 'middle-man' of all housing environments. These apartments won't offer the square-feet that SR / Sewer houses will, but they won't be temporary like hotels.

Idea: Release a 'Racing Track.'
Reason: The racing track will provide players with an opportunity to race against each other. Although the racing track will always be open, a weekly event will be hosted (similar to the 'car race,' but elongated and will allow regular players to view the race).
