Merh, anytime I make something with mspaint (rarely) I save as bmp, then open in photoshop to transparify/save for graal usage. I really can't imagine someone making stuff for graal and ONLY using mspaint, since it doesn't have the basic ability to transparify images... MOST people I presume use at least ONE other tool to do this type of thing...

There are many people that really don't have another option outside of MSPaint. Usually they are people newish to graphics work and Graal. If you ask any staff member on a server that does uploading though you will hear the same complaint. They get tired of having to check then set transparencies on most of the things received from players. If you're going for a job though you should at least have the ability to do it yourself. Although I've found quite a few people that still can't. I avoid trying to explain gif2mng since the name alone seemed to cause confusion with them.
