It's either a setting on your computer or a error on their side, I use firefox and this runs perfectly fine for me.
Have you tried going to Tools > Options > Security > Remember Password (on firefox)
Test it on another website which requests a password if that site navigates fine without logging you off it's most likely a problem on the Graal's server part.
