I Need A Remedy!
Well, any time I go to the graalonline.com website and I log in, it automatically logs me out whenever I navigate to a new page or after I leave the "Thank you for logging in, Tigairius" page.
My cookies are fine on all other websites, I have even tried setting a 'master password' in firefox to try to get it to work, but it doesn't leave me logged in. Has ANYONE found out how to stay logged in on the Graalonline website? Because for the life of me, I can't. |
Works fine in Firefox for me.
|
Try going to Tools->Page Info->Permissions and seeing if "Set Cookies" is checked. This is on linux though, interface might be different in Windows.
|
Have you tried other browsers (Chrome, IE, etc)? Just curious.
I used to have this problem on my old laptop, but it works for me now... |

It's either a setting on your computer or a error on their side, I use firefox and this runs perfectly fine for me.
Have you tried going to Tools > Options > Security > Remember Password (on firefox) Test it on another website which requests a password if that site navigates fine without logging you off it's most likely a problem on the Graal's server part. |

At least you aren't an anomaly... |
Remember password works perfectly on both my Windows and Linux versions of firefox. It also works on my netbook running Windows Xp with firefox.

I don't know to much about it but I did have the problem once, I just restarted my internet and it fixed it up |

Are you using www.graalonline.com or simply just graalonline.com? Because, if I remember right, Graal's website doesn't like being without the www preffix.
|
I tried both www.graalonline.com and graalonline.com, makes no difference :S

Here are some more exact instructions: 1. Go to www.graalonline.com 2. Go to Tools > Page Info 3. In the window that pops up, click on the "Permissions" button on the top. 4. Then make sure "Use Default" is checked under the "Set Cookies" header. |
Are you using any sort of proxy server or filtering gateway that could potentially be stripping out cookies from HTTP headers?
