I don't think that gk should be free,
but I can imagine that 50 classic players who sometimes buy premium items for gk could create a greater turnover then 15-20 gold players.

I don't think that there is a need for more advertising for hirings - and I doubt that they would change anything.
It's hard to get staff on graal in general, as especially many former developing oldbies have quit the game.

What about people who don't actively look at GK in F8/Login, go on GK and/or don't check the login PM, and don't check the wiki (I believe only oldbies have even LOOKED at the wiki, now with newer players becoming... increasingly stupid, to say the least)?

For a Gold server, I'm sure people are more prone to jump at them.

Are you shy, squiggly line?
Why only when I ignore you, do you return to the center of my eye?
Oh, squiggly line, it's alright, you are forgiven.

This is something else compared to classic worlds.

On classic worlds a talented, but not too skilled developer can get a job because there are other people to train him - I doubt that the gk team can invest that amount of time.

Further, developing for gk is quite difficult. Its a whole different way to create levels, the coding is probaply quite hard and special, ganis and graphics are very good and complex - it's not like opening your editor and hacking some levels together for UN.
