The infraction notice's content is predefined on vBulletin and as far as I know there is no real way of changing this. I'm not even sure if there's modifications to allow you to do this either, but you should know how these forums are when it comes to plugins and modifications. I agree it is quite badly formatted, but that's something that originates from vBulletin rather than these forums.

It's forum software. vB is written in PHP, so you can modify it. You can basically modify anything on here.

Significant amounts, if not all, of the vBulletin code are protected with Zend Guard/Optimizer, so that you cannot just edit the code. It is obfuscated and encoded in Zend intermediate code. Sorry.

That's what I thought in watching my husband use vBulletin, but wasn't sure.
