There is magic resist on a lot of smaller items too, like Arcane Shield, Ring of Magic, etc. I was just listing off the items that usually give you more points for your resistances.
It doesn't matter on things like that, because everyone who actually pks wear RoWs and no one wears Arcane Shields.
