These are persons a ET can add and they have ET rights on the planet the ET added them. Basically they host what you tell them on that planet. Like trial ETs
Though right now Jesse tells us who we can add to help us host. Belive the current ones are Dsk and the rookie.
He only hire friends or oldbe's.
But most of players are better in hosting then they, but he dont give they the change,.
