I don't understand how it's less for Europeans.
If an account was 20 dollars, Europeans are paying 13 euros.
With the new system, an account would be 20 euros instead of 20 dollars, so now Europeans are paying 7 euros more than they were, and Americans are paying about 11 dollars more. |
