First of all, this is Conor. I couldn't log in to darksage15 for some reason but now I got it to work :P. Anyways, yeah that's something I forgot to mention. If let's say Sweep Fleet to teleport to b4 or b5, that would be a huge disaster because then it would make it easier to go to the other team's base and maybe start base laming again. People should only be able to teleport to base 1, not any others.

Rofl, yeah they can do that but it would require a lot of people on Zone (no one's ever on Zone anymore ) and teamwork, which almost no one on Zone has... Plus people would probably get bored at b1 if no one is spawning there and go to the other base.
