Not to crazy about the belt. Oh, and here's some stats of the top of my head, tweak as you will:

Scimitar (Clean One) - WC + 4, Dex + 1, Dam 9, Con -1

Scimitar (Rusty) - WC + 3, Dex +1, Dam 8, Con - 1 Cause Tetanus :P

Hat - Speed + 1.5, AC + 1, Dex + 1

Gloves - WC + 2, AC + 1, Str + 1

Belt - Con - 1, AC + 1

Con-1 ! no one want use that items !
And its a zodiac Pirate hats, create a new one
