just add an in between page saying ur a leaving the graal forums with an "continue" or "go back" option as most online game forums has these days.

There are converters that convert flash to gif. Also, its better than nothing. You could probably just zip it and then upload the zip here, too.

What other kind of relaxed game forums don't allow links to PHOTOBUCKET etc?

If you make a Youtube video, I am pretty sure they will let you put it on here with the [~youtube] tags.
