This is where the blame starts to head toward the higher ups- basically just Stefan.

However, the blame should not be moved up further untill you're sure the person currently being blamed has done everything he/she can do.

Obviously, Bjorn has the ability to say "I'm going to be busy, Stefan, you should have someone temporarily take care of my responsibilities." (which would also serve as a means of "testing" out potential promotions. hey, Tig, how's it going?)

When he gives enough reason to show he's done everything within his power, and there's nothing more he can do, then it's time to go up to Stefan. I doubt that'll ever happen though. We're talking about a guy who claims it's impossible to fix the "bug" of monsters killing idlers in the trade room.

No, this is exactly the kind of thing the community should decide. You can't leave some inadequate (not saying Bjorn is, but yeah) to try and manage the server we call home, the server Stefan and Unixmad don't care about.

Because it's his job. He took it by choice, he chose to make Kingdoms his responsibility.
