Uploaded to your server? You're free to do whatever you want with it. Hell, demand that he removes it from every other server

If he uploaded it to the server you own first, then you have right to decide what servers can use it. Would suggest you demanding him to remove it from other servers.

Not really, I had to disable all of his stuff, 60% of his stuff causes server lag... Most of it is mainly for tool's. Great help, eh?

Utopia's manager on Bloo's scripting. In the interests of bettering content the within both the forums and graal, I think this highly abuseable script should be deleted for good.

Aww, I wanted to see people laugh, but ok. I won't post it, but it won't go away. It'll just be moved around. And they are still using Bloo's tool by the way.
