The concept art was never meant to represent the pixelsword, it's the opposite the concept art is to represent the pixelsword, since I used the pixelsword as reference to draw the concept lol.
Also Rufus, no need to be sceptical just because I wont gfx for Graal 2k1.

There's a bit of a difference between the concept and the outcome for the server, and while I do think the concept is nice, I don't think the sword is and neither are exactly original. It's not a case of being bitter, I showed several people without saying anything, and they gave similar feedback.

When looking at the pixel version, I feel as though it is a lot more stiff than the concept, and it doesn't really do itself any justice. The jewel area seems to be a lot more pivotal in the concept, and a lot more alive; I personally feel that is where it is most attractive, and it seems to be brushed off. I think the choice of colors, especially the lime (and possible other recolors, I've seen some) aren't fitting, but that's really up to you, it's your sword.

Did you give it a name by the way?
