Hey guys I made a new gun

Come on guys, this is the direction that Zone has been taking since Sayian first made the blue pistols. The Plasma Rifle (forgot who made it) was cool, the red/blue pistoles and rifles Sayian had made were fine too, but now it's just going too far.

Every gun on Zone looks like it comes from a toy store. Would be nice to see some skilled graphic artists work on some fresh designs.

Hey guys, I made a gun to combat Crono's, it's like a plasma Mortar, it would be like bought or sumthing for like 10 times the bell's cost(old bell not new one) and only last a month it could kill the people even if it's not a direct hit like the one now does here it is

Ok. I have deleted all the bad posts which started the flame war. I didn't want to close the thread because Crono is making a valid point, so no more comments telling the mods to close this thread.

I don't want another flame war/ego contest please. I think the people who it applies to know who they are.

Looking futuristic doesn't mean it is. An idea would serve better than a GFX. Be creative, I could make Pink Pistoles, but that doesn't mean it's futuristic.

It's not the time era of the gun that is the problem for me, it's the fact that they just look like supersoakers and everyone suddenly thinks that it's the proper style...

Sayians graphics i was to lazeh to save it and then relook at it.

And that ''beam'' thing looked wierd, in a way now that i see that.

I think, its the ideas, Need to come up with a fresh new nice idea.

ANY idea works pretty much. I want something that shoots out something yellow (lightning thunder or something)

Alot of Sayian's works vary. Some of them look like supersoakers, but the majority of them are very nice and should be included into Zone.

Lemme post all the graphics I've done for Zone (weapons only), and you guys can decide which ones look like "super soakers". Ok?

I will only include the weapons that I know are being worked on, in Zone Debug, or are already in game. The ones I'm unsure of will be left out. (the ones on RC)

Blue Pistole, Red Pistole, Ghost Gun, Ice Pistol, Lightning Pistol, Metallic Rifle, Photon Pistol, Photon Cannon, Blue Rifle, and Red Rifle are supersoakers.

Acid Rifle, Blaster Rifle, and Enranged Rifle are using the bubbly style that I've been seeing lately but not quite supersoakers.

I don't care when you make it, it's your own style and I think it looks alright when you do it. But everyone nowadays is thinking that its how Zone guns should look when infact it's just been way overdone. A few guns looking like that? Sure, but not every single new wave of updates. Why? Because it really isn't so great and looks like a watergun (thus supersoaker, due to the weird designs...refer to the picture I posted on the first page).

Actually my "style" kept getting complaints about "it doesn't fit zone", from Stefan...

Crono, if you want, we can get rid of all of Sayian's work and go back to the 10-15 gun's we had before he started making gun's.

See what he said there? I think you're missing the fact that all he's saying is it's become too much of a trend and people need to step back and think of something new.

I think the problem is, Zone and Super soaker are both looking for the same thing. Futuristic weapons. Super Soaker's are designed to look futuristic, cool, high-tech, and Zone's are supposed to be futuristic, cool, high-tech. It just seems we're going down the same road. Only way to fix this is to think of futuristic weapons completely original in design and idea(not saying you stole the idea, just saying what would futuristic weapons look like if they didn't look like super soakers?).

Futuristic weapon's do not mean big clunky looking gun's. A futuristic weapon can be anything that is unique, and different looking.

The whole topic is about gun's that look like "Super Soakers", some people stated that gun's like Photon Cannon (Which Sayian made), looked like "Super Soakers". Crono, as well as a few others stated that they wanted this trend to change, which is why I stated my comment.

No. They wanted the TREND to change. They didn't want them removed. He stated himself he didn't mind Saiyan doing, but he just hopes it stopped. Which is why I quoted his post and it still didn't do any good, did it?

Wrong, they're already uploaded on Debug. After those were added I made this thread, meaning players should find a new style and stop milking Sayian's.

How do you know players are "milking" Sayian's? I would actually think they are "milking" Akolian's Plasmic Rifle if anything. Everyone has their own style, so you can't say that they "milked" Sayian's design.

1) Refer to Sayian's guide and try to immitate his line styling...

2) Refer to Sayian's already made GFX since he's made the most custom graphics.
