Why would you buy a server without knowing whats going to happen in it? I wrote a 7 page bible about Niromia before I bought it.
But to be on topic, I agree with Zokemon. The name really gives your server a better appeal to people. When your coming up with a name, try to avoid combining two words together to make a new one. That type of thing makes it seem very uncreative. A classic way to get a good server name is to make a name for the main body of land in your server (or maybe in your case the name of the city) and name the server after that. For example, if the name of the main city in the game is "Graal City", you could name the server "Graal City Gangs". That example was a little bland, but it would accurately reflect the kind of server you are making.
