There is another large difference. I do not intend to be the final leader of Zormite, far from it. I intend to introduce a self sufficient democratic form of government for our nation. One that will allow the people chose their own leaders and who best represents them. The nation shall have a constitution, and people shall have rights. There shall be courts of law, and I will require an embassy created as well (similar to what was made in Samurai that YOU NEVER USED AFTER I HAD THE FIRST SUMMIT >:O).
There are many new projects in Zormite's future. And they will continue long after I am retired from the office of Chancellor.

I may not be devoting my time and energies to a democracy, or a constitution, or a bill of rights, courts of law, and an embassy. Well, maybe an embassy. True, it consists of one person who's being trained to handle all my foreign affairs. Not like we actually need much more of an ambassador until the whole server gets more active people.
So far, I haven't needed a court of law. Pretty much every problem that came up during my rule I managed to negotiate to a peaceful conclusion between both parties. I AM the court of law, the sole court of law, and people liked that because I resolved problems swiftly, gently, and fairly. I have put an end to ongoing disputes without disciplinary action. I have gotten guilty and innocent to admit their mistakes, either by wronging the other or reacting improperly to being wronged. How many other emperors have judged by guidance rather then by force? How many other emperors have gotten so much justice with so little punishment?
A constitution, a bill of rights? The very basics of these are laid out in the Terms of Agreement for the game, at least indirectly. They are staff enforced. As for the individual limitations within the kingdom, I do not limit any "rights" of people at all on Zormite. Even the few limitations and permission disputes that are already in Zormite are being lifted soon. You Bosh, have purportedly trampled the rights of other players MANY times by partaking and/or supporting both USD transactions for powerful items and levelling bugs.
As for the leader who best represents Zormite; I have the hearts, good will, and trust of the people. Even with the few who have defaulted to your rebellion. My rule is not tyrannical. The people want it. They DO NOT want you. You are the oppressor for forcing yourself on a kingdom that has decided it does not want you anymore.
And if your ideas are so great and grand, how come they vanish within a few leadership changes, or stand idly by collecting dust? (The only remaining trace of the Archigos I found when I came back was a statue of Wren.) Even the Ministry of Information that persisted for over two years was my personal ministry, created out of scratch at my request during Wren's reign. My ministry lasted for over two years... a fragile blip on a ranking system. The powerful Samurai embassy you created, complete with a tremendous building and well-laid out interior didn't even 'persist' beyond the first use.
It appears that not only have your previous projects but those of your precious ruling family as a whole have not lasted for a long time to come. Niether would most of my mine I had planned when I first became emperor. There was a bunch of grand and incredible stuff I wanted to do which, as Googi points out, was silly, hollow, wouldn't be a appreciated or even last. During my more recent absence, I have carefully considered the merits of what needs to be done. It is not the GRAND ideas, it is not the REVOLUTIONARY ideas, it is not the ideas that requires the continued dedication and cooperation of leaderships yet to come, but the practical projects. Projects that will sit in the background and make things better, unchanging (unless someone purposely sets out to interfere and destroy them), ignored, maybe forgotten and unappreciated, but still persisting until someone thinks they can do better. These are the types of improvements that I have in mind.
