This might not be the problem, we can give that to other people as well. Problem might be the monsters. What kind of monsters do you use? Too strong new players cry, too weak new players cry because the old oney kill the monsters very fast and also cry because it's too easy

Could start out small with like the trex..most ppl can kill those no problem then work the way up to panthers but no higher.

Go up to the lords or big worms.. Or introduce a new strong monster.
