Big event
 
I got this idea from a dream I had, I think it would help with player count as well. What if a bunch of monster invaders show up on the archepeligo and then we have to fight them off. But unless we find thier homeland thier attacks will not stop. This could add danger to the seas and could make a use of the party system. It could also allow the new monsters everyone has been hoping for. Suggestions?

Sounds neat. Could be made into very in depth rp. THen again stronger players would stop it in seconds...

Make their mitigation and attack vary on the players base level.

That doesn't really help. Even if It's set to player level, they can still stomp them. I do maps a lot, and have the right equipment to keep me from dieing from the high level enemies. My suggestion is try to make them either magic restistant or make them recover health way way quickly, makeing it a challenge. It's good, especially with the nonstop action, but unless it's set like this, the event with end shortly. Other than that, good idea.

This might not be the problem, we can give that to other people as well. Problem might be the monsters. What kind of monsters do you use? Too strong new players cry, too weak new players cry because the old oney kill the monsters very fast and also cry because it's too easy >_<

Could start out small with like the trex..most ppl can kill those no problem then work the way up to panthers but no higher.

Go up to the lords or big worms.. Or introduce a new strong monster.

Personally I was hoping for some ocean monsters. Also more humanoid monster like orcs and whatnot. The level gap problem is going to be a problem no matter what, but thats what I was hoping the party system could be used for so lower level people could stand a chance.

Well you see the problem is the monsters we have to use...there currently is water monsters but you have to fish them out to kill them although you can level 107 destruction scroll them and they can hurt you in the water.
