I'm not going to go off and say, blah blah, this is an Era rip, because that's not constructive. I'm just going to give my artistic input. I'm definitely not going to say one is better than the other either.

Whether it's intended or not, the tiles hold a very similar style to Era. The tiles have the same blurry, filtered, detailing that Era's has. For example, the sidewalk, which is hard, rough rock, has a blurry detail, just like Era's. The sidewalk is also nearly the same height as Era's, nearly up to the character's knees. All the different kind of things that can go on top of modern buildings, air conditioner units, piping, vents, and one of the two things is the smoke stack that Era has, and quite similar.

There's a lot of styles that could be done with a modern tileset, take a look at some of Tom's threads in the graphics section. Though it's not surprising to sit and see a server like Era for so long that you end up getting 'inspired' unconsciously, and it bleeds into your work. But the styles are similar, let's just say if the tiles were placed in Era, they wouldn't stand out too much.

Now if you're going to bite my head off for this, then meh, whatever.
