Check the headers, and don't click anything on the email saying "Log in now to confirm" etc.; also look closely at the name on the paypal, it might be that "0inkness" is claiming to use the same email as you on their paypal account, etc. The paypal site usually has a whole section on phishing, so.

Agreed, I get several emails from "PayPal" every week, and they're all bogus.
