No.. The one that has his account name on the house when you right click it should be able to change the lock. Maybe make a lock an option on an anvil and make us make a new one.

Oh, so those that repair your house for you can change the lock for you, as the name of your house would change to their name, even if they don't have the key? Smooth thinking...

But I agree with majin, be able to change out doors for a small amount of iron, boards, and such. :3
