Personally id be a little embarassed if the only way I could get a job is because I had friends who would hire me.

There is a life lesson that can be taken from this for everyone though, and its not anything to do with bell.

Where is it written that the management have to ask the users of the game what staff they are allowed to hire? Next you want to decide what they are allowed to charge from you when you want to buy gold membership.

Bell has always been very helpful to me on Classic, and a lot of other people praised her also. From what I have seen, she is very helpful, and fair in everything that she does. That's just how she is.

You know what? I became well known from Managing N-Pulse...actually, the way I managed N-Pulse. I wasn't friends with anyone, but hard work, following and enforcing Graal rules, being helpful, being respectful and polite and helping Graal was most definately noticed.

How many people would bother, and do it in a respectful manner on every playerworld? I am sure this is what higher ups have noticed in her on Classic, and maybe she has helped others with issues outside of Classic as well.

You guys are so ignorant sometimes. It's the same argument every day on these forums, some players with good points talk, but because there are some players that are dumb and spam wrong information enter threads, you just assume we're all talking about the same thing.

Maybe if you two would read what most of us are saying you'd understand that we couldn't give a rats ass if it was Bell, Googi or ****ing Excalibur picked for PWA over us, what we're all talking about is that it's not whether or not this person is qualified for the job it's how she got the job.

And don't even try to tell me she got it through applying because even you thinking about it is going to send my bull****-o-meter off.

Many people have said that, and truthfully, It's not what you know it's Who you know, what happened the last time the Globals held open staff trials? They ended up picking Calani and GrowlZ, GrowlZ probably deserved it, I didn't know GrowlZ that much, but I know for a fact that Calani didn't deserve it, but she got it anyways, wasn't she dating GrowlZ at the time?

I'm sick of getting talked down to by moderators and globals, contrary to popular belief you don't have all the answers, and it doesn't help any when you don't care enough to try and understand what we're saying.

You are right. I know that a large portion of the players of N-Pulse were happy that I was gone, that is a large reason why I left. You see, Graalians do not want Managers or staff who enforce the Graal rules, or even the forum rules, they want staff who overlook that trivial stuff.

At the end of the day your post has nothing to do with what I was saying, who the hell wants to waste all their time applying for a position they might not get when they can just get someone they know to get them into it?

From what I can see, most, if not all of the globals in place now are very dependable adults (or near adults, not sure of this) who do not seem to be the type to just recommend their friends for a high position just to be doing it. I am pretty sure that if they recommend someone, it is because they believe the person is qualified for the job.

How do you know how she got the job? Are you assuming? If Ibonic recommended her, I would trust the recommendation because I trust Ibonic, even if they were friends, he would not recommend her for the job if he didn't think she could do it.
I don't think an application process is the way to go when hiring globals. I think they should be hired by gaining trust over time.
