Yes, it is. Everyone who wants to "buy" a kingdom now would think a few times more about it and doesn't even do it because the risk is too high that he will loos his money for nothing.
I understand what you say, Björn, BUT how often has the USD purchase of a kingdom occured that you know of? I mean.. Someone offered me $500 USD to take Samurai, but I declined the offer. Still, USD purchase can still mean A LOT of support for voters as well. Depends who has friends that are willing to do it or not. Having said that, there is no sure way to discontinue it from happening.

Sure, but it's too bad that not everyone thinks that way else there wouldn't be such things like now.
