Now you are just trying to add fuel to the fire and if no one else will say it I will, this isnt helping any, you are just trying to make things seem worse then they are and make us look bad.

There is a whole lot of positive discussion on the topic, but instead of listening to it we often run into these things.

"Learn to discuss first" Okay we did, so we try
"No use the support center instead" okay fair enough
"Sorry we wont do/change or even consider fixing anything" okay well ill try posting something and seeing who agrees.
"Sorry use the support center" uh, well okay.
"Sorry we arent going to do anything, or we are going to close your ticket without good reason" okay...
"No dont post in public forum, use the support center or PM" ...

I wonder if anyone else can see what im getting at here.

Also a lot of people with a very positive outlook on this are often just blantantly ignored because you like grouping all the users togather.
