You just wow....we have been for how long now? How many complaints have we made. How about you drop out of this administration right now just like you did with this game. Cause right now I hope everyone harasses you right off the face of graal. Your being completely useless, nothing but a mind and body on another computer randomly listening to the orders of some man while everyone else hates you.

You failed with Npulse(server and forums), you failed to be apart of the graal community, and your failing as a mod.

I had to stop myself from cursing in all caps at that. C'mon, I'm sure you have higher education. And anyone with a high school diploma or under can see that its useless to use the support center, and you know this damn well.

Stop pulling that line, because it's almost as annoying as Navi in Ocarina Of Time. And that's saying something. Uniximad does NOT check the support center AT ALL. Everyone knows this, and don't you dare say otherwise cause you would just be bull****ting yourself and everyone else. Don't get me wrong, I want to be polite and civil about this, but STOP AND THINK. I mean just about no-one checks the support center, I had to wait like 3 days, then make a thread about something, then wait another like 2 days for Stefan to make any kind of reply to a support ticket I had.

Everyone is complaining to you because you're the key player in this. You're the only one who can change how things are going. Like you said, you talk to Uniximad. I know it seems silly to you to be arguing with kids, but you gotta listen to us and take the responsibility your position entails.

Oh please, you all complain endlessly about Darlene when you should be complaining about the rules. She enforces the rules from the beginning to the ending period of the last sentence.

You guys are mad that she actually does her job, when you should be mad at the rules, in which case the administration could give three hoots since really it's not hard to follow the damn rules.

The bold part really made me laugh. Read the thread Gambet rofl.

Heres some stuff Ive said.

Moderation needs to be more Lenient and the rules need to be changed in order to better the community. For this to be done we need the support of the Moderation team.

Do we have that, and are we All ready to make a effort to have Unixmad change things for the better? If we come together as a community there is no doubt things are going to be changed. We hold the power working together than splitting up into "teams."

Completely willing to go straight to the source of the problem and DENIED. Thus we have a obstacle, Which happens to be a Moderator.

It's always said that it's Unixmad's forum. Is it possible to take up some initiative? Some empowerment? If you don't like something, don't just sit there and take it: stand up and tell them. Take initiative. You might gain respect from the person. If not, probably not worth working for. If a forum administrator is empowered (Moonie, Sam, Someone else : whoever!), it should be a load of weight of Unixmad's back anyways. Forums will be able to deal with change on a more consistent basis.

Do you see what I'm talking about now Inferno? Nothing is going to change. No matter how hard you try. You'd be better off leaving if you're not happy with the rules. The admin here has no problems with how things are run. Unixmad has no problems with how things are run. So therefore, who can possibly change what you want? Nobody.

Yea probably, I accidentally told the truth. We might as well give up with tryin to be civil and just go on a out right crazy riot.
If you can answer one question for me though, WHAT IN GODS NAME DO WE DO TO GET SOME SORT OF CHANGE AROUND HERE? Support center doesn't work, disobeying the rules and making it obvious that were serious doesn't work. Do we have to Shoot a B**** up in this place??, cause just tell me and Ill bring out the glock.

Why not? This thread is going to get closed/deleted eventually. Might as well say whatever you please while you still can. Because anything meaningful or helpful that you have to say is just going to be ignored and forgotten about once this thread is gone.

I'd be embarassed to tell anyone that I have anything to do with this game... seriously. I just hope that my server can take the focus away from these forums and that I am allowed to at least run my own server without anyone interfering... otherwise I may as well leave now.

Leave then, because you failed as a forum administrator.

If you could learn from the admins of past, an Admins primary role is supposed to be to run the forums and make sure the users concerns are listened to.

I dunno, being Konidias you might have a leg up on some people (no offense intended you just are a pretty major part of graal history).

From what ive seen, youll be hard pressed to run the server "how you want".

Did any of you stop to think that if unixmad does not change the forums despite all your complaints, that maybe he doesn't want them changed? I can assure you that he does see the complaints, as he has told me that he gets many complaints about me.

And guess what...part of my job is not arguing for you members of the forums, but if I felt strongly about something, I would fight for it. I suggest if you feel strongly about something, you fight for it yourself, the same as I would, but in an appropriate way, and the appropriate place.

I think we covered this a lot multiple times in the thread and you want to say you repeat yourself a lot?

There are no other means and you know it as well as we do. You hold all the cards and all the power of change.

We are nothing but text on the screen to you and dollars in the pocket of unixmad, you would rather have dead forums, and he would rather ban us all to make it enjoyable for 2 or 3 people (who likely would be sucking up for a global position).

Ugh.

Kinda rude, eh? I mean, seeing the way you like to be a douchebag on these forums, I'm not surprised why she's the nazi-moderator. Give her a break, sheesh.

And, Unix, if you are watching in your apparently holy seat of ignoring-ness. Give US a break.

He talks to you on a regular basis, and listens to you.

Already I would say you have all the power and control, but need I continue?

Then I guess this forum will wither away. Has Uniximad said anything about complaints about how theses forums are run and the rules, and not so much about you? Cause that's what I care about. I think you're doing what you think you ought. But, what I think we need to be pushing for is some lenience in the rules. I mean, I know this is proubably "against the rules," but MAN is Uniximad being stuck up and full of himself. I mean, no offense to anybody but this is a low grade, cheap, pitiful excuse for a game. I mean, theres that charm and whatnot that keeps us Graalians attached to the game for a long time, but it never has and never will compare to the...I guess you could say "REAL" games. Unix needs to get a reality check, I say.

I feel strongly enough to say that the first step to getting change around these forums and getting rid of The Forum Admin. You fail@graal. Go play WoW like the other older ladies. I can ensure you that I wont ever be paying for this game at this rate. And its been years since i brought the Infernix account.

Empowerment as a forum administrator. Moonie has said countless times she often needs to get Unixmad's approval for actions. If these requests are repetitive in nature, perhaps Moonie could receive empowerment for these actions so she does not need to wait/disturb Unixmad. This would not extend very far at all beyond the forums.

One idea to promote change and development in this forum.

Umm, she should have the rights already. I think she just refers to unixmad because it's his business and it should be ran how he wants it, thus I see perfectly why Darlene refers to unixmad for approval for certain actions and so forth.

I mean really, what more "power" does Darlene need on the forums? She should already have the rights to do just about everything anyways, I think it's just a matter of making sure things are fine with unixmad first, which again, is highly understandable as long as unixmad keeps in touch with her often (or vice versa).

Can we get some moderation on Gambet I think in this thread he has called us "stupid" "idiotic" and "retarted" isnt that worse then *****, that should be 3 infractions and a ban, but then again im not a moderator.

I dunno what else to say, I really dont. I feel like im fighting a battle I know im going to lose here but I feel its also importaint that everyone gets to voice their opinion otherwise there is no chance for improvement at all.

I would hope at 41 years old she could make good, intelligent decisions.

Wow quote of the year.

Just because someone is 41, that doesn't make them wise.

Never said I thought she could, just said I would hope she could. Her age is actually a disadvantage, because this isn't her generation. She's a bit clueless at times.

Meh. The way I look at it, this forum's a little podunk town off the interstate. The mayor's also the sheriff, deputy, and undertaker. If you get caught littering in her county, it's the lockup for you - and don't bother appealing to the mayor, the mayor agrees with the sheriff. If you got a problem with it, well, the mayor's just doing her duty as handed down by the president of the yew-nited states of God Bless America, and until he changes his mind she's gonna lock you up.

For such people as get locked up, a travesty has taken place - this mayor needs to excercise some authority and let them loose: littering's too small an offence, and besides [extenuating circumstances here] - but she won't, she's not about to go against the President. Then the Governor, or the Senator, or even the State Representative should excercise some authority - but amazingly, the mayor doesn't report to anyone like that. Heck, maybe the Mayor's the Governor too.

I don't care who makes the decisions, I really don't. Moonie, Sam, Ibonic, Lyndzey, Galen, heck even Olorin, but Somebody needs to be available to sit in adjudication of rule conflicts instead of our trusty admin-bot enforcing them all because "These are Unixmad's rules."

I think I'll believe what Moonie says about her current position over what you say her current position is.
