Prefetching would be nice. The current software kinda supports Download Packs, but the servers in general either don't or can't put the necessary files in them...maybe it's that if they make the pack too big, people won't play? I know there's an option to Download huge packs you don't necessarily NEED - Kingdoms MP3 Packs, etc. - but it should be that people who want to optimize their experience can download all the graphics on a server (as long a process as that'd be) before they jump on, then the server has very little to Send them during their gameplay...I wonder why it doesn't work that way... |
