No, its not that simple. Stefan gives Vulcan the prizes. Vulcan hands them out. Stefan can't be handing out prizes to everyone otherwise there'd be to many.

1.im keeping it to bad 2.im not whining im bugging z.z 3.Dunno i was banned when i was banned on zone for 3 days for impersonation 4.whens a temp ban 6 months?
