I WOULD MAKE A TICKET BUT I GOT IPED THERE ADN I WOULD PM HIM BUT HE WONT ANSWER!Ets should be able to give out the prizes out so the speed of getting them to the winners alot faster i havent heard a word from Vulcan about the prizes so far cept when he needed more in his slots which i do thikn Stefan put them there so Vulcan would you please let the Ets give them out Again (i think they had that right)

No, its not that simple. Stefan gives Vulcan the prizes. Vulcan hands them out. Stefan can't be handing out prizes to everyone otherwise there'd be to many.

All you have to do is pm him and ask him once and nicely, and he'll do it. Just because someone's on RC doesn't mean that they're there at that time, and if you spam Vulcan, he's less inclined to help you.

i cant pm him beucz he blocked me i wouldnt of pmed him and make this thread thats one of the reasons i made this thread
