Well each hat *is* a different item. Each clothing article is a different item. But more importantly, there will be new tools, food, instruments, minigames, etc.

Hopefully these new jobs/remakes are going to be how you explained, and not the mind numbing repeativeness of the old system.

They will definitely not be repetitive and boring. We're also evening out the amount of money you make from jobs so that they are all roughly even. This way you don't just have to do one job because it pays the most. The only jobs that will really pay less are the ones that require no initial investment. (like baking bread and cow milking) But you'll be able to bake a lot more things now so only bread baking will pay less.

Revamped? This scares me. Is everything redone, or did you dump the old stuff and start from scratch?

It's still the same overworld. We've just been going through the levels and giving them a freshening up. Better tiling, cleaner and easier to move around the levels... some new graphics in the levels, and right now we're working on making way better fire for torches and stuff. My next project is to better place lights in levels to give more ambience and less of a feeling of just a bunch of glowing circles randomly thrown on the map. I mean, you'll still be able to recognize the levels... they will just be updated and some levels modified to be more interesting and fun.

I'm hoping we don't see a long delay, you were ready to release yesterday, I hope you don't delay for another 2 months.

Me too. We weren't actually ready to release yesterday... I planned a private release a month ago because I wanted to try and get something released on my birthday, but unfortunately I didn't really consider how much we actually had to make.

I don't think the delay will be 2 months. We will definitely get it released this year. I don't want to rush too fast though and take away from the quality. I really can't even estimate a new release date because there are just so many unknown factors.

I played in the old g2k1 and when the new one came out I came on a few times, but I had to make up school and everything because I skipped so many classes and I couldn't play graal. Meow

Dont remember exactly when but i remember working on Sanstrata as my first NAT job when RC's were crap looking like they've been made in vb with no gfx haha and my staff account was Sanstrata_NAT12 , before that i played on Dolphina and UN a lot. So this is going back a good 6 or 7 years....
