Yeah unfortunately we did not make our release date for private release because of the explosion of ideas especially with interaction with the playerworld with the player. So much has been integrated to be more realistic and more entertaining for players. I spent all day making new interaction features that I am sure your all going to enjoy very much. :)

Were hope to release for private viewing as soon as possible. :D

Dude not making one release date is nothing rember your getting the server from Lance...It cant get any worse.

Missing the release for those reasons is ok. I am very excited!

Yeah we are working hard every day on this server and that's a promise. :) Right now I'm going through every overworld level and cleaning up/updating npcs and stuff. We have new items being added to the database each day, new graphics, new levels, new scripts, every day... So the amount of content we will have at release will be mind-boggling. >_<

There will easily be over 1000 items at release, dozens of quests... all the old jobs + new jobs. Totally revamped overworld. New fun systems to enhance gameplay. All of the old events + some new ones. Bomypets combined from all of the different version releases. Many new animals/creatures/races.

It should be a ton of fun. We'll keep you updated on the progress for sure.

Sounds like it is going to be good, yet the playercount might be a bit lacking..

Anticipation has the habit to set you up! :(

I hope once G2k1 is released again that it wont die in less then a few weeks and then go down off the server list completely, that made me sad. =(

I didn't mind the new/old 2k1, it just got boring...

This server is getting me really anxious :oo:

Could you be more specific on what you class as items? Also are you saying something like each hat is a different item, because I hope not.
Hopefully these new jobs/remakes are going to be how you explained, and not the mind numbing repeativeness of the old system.
Revamped? This scares me. Is everything redone, or did you dump the old stuff and start from scratch?

I remember logging on 2k1 on 9/11 (or I think it was 2k1 or classic)

It was 2k1 i was there too, i got home early from school because i live in ny and telling people about it.
