Grenade launcher: the grenades on the ground are blocking, should that be changed?

Team balance: there is team balance when you select a team for the first time, but when you don't die then you can stay in the team, so when people don't switch teams then it can get unbalanced after some time; simpliest solution would be to reset the teams of all players after each round, although then your E stats are reset

Turrets: could probably auto-aim at enemies

No, the explosion they create seems to freeze you and your teammates. Leaving you open for people to kill.

Suggestion:
A spar room that you can go to from the waiting room. There's a good bit of time to wait between matches and it can get a bit boring waiting. Maybe create a spar room of some sort where players can go while they wait for a new round or something.

Would be neat. 2 planets in 1, solving the boredom issue for people waiting who have died.
