Malinko answers his support tickets mighty fine, but in no way should be praised for it. Congrats to him for keeping a constant steady pace with them, but let me remind you he is not the only one in graal onlines past that has answers support tickets. I know a big list of great globals out there and an even bigger list of horrible globals.

Stomping around saying "Mal OWNS j00" doesn't help too (I know you didn't say this). If that's your valid opinion about this situation then obviously the person really doesn't know what they are talking about and just wants to defend Mal, which is perfectly fine. But give us a reason why he owns so much. Give us more reasoning why we should ignore certain FACTS of corruption in the early stage of being a global.

Also Mal avoided any point by Warcaption and of course myself. I asked why Ibonic removed him and got no answer, but maybe that is against the forum rules... who knows.
Malinko, in no way, owns in my opinion. He's done alot of very wrong things, but as of late...nothing. All he does now is do his job, which I respect. I dont think alot of people can ever really forgive him for doing all the wrongs hes done before though.

I know Malinko has done some iffy things in the past, but I tell you what, when someone asks me who to contact with a playerworld problem that the pwa have to deal with, I send them to Malinko.
He does his job well, from what I can tell, and he does it quickly.

Sometimes people make dumb mistakes, then they grow up.
As long as malinko is doing his job well, I see no reason to bash him for past mistakes, but if he starts making the mistakes again, that's a whole different story. Everyone deserves a second chance...

I know that this thread was made out of respect to Malinko, but let us all not forget that the pwa are suppose to be a team, and Malinko cannot just do whatever he wants. He does have to work with a team, and he does work FOR Stefan/Unixmad.

Exactly! Way to go Darlene, finally a relatively mature opinion on this.

I'm pretty sure most of the other opinions are mature in their own like. Just because they aren't on his side, does not make them wrong. This is a debate thread, and as such there are three sides to the argument (his, others, and right). Just because people are saying negative things, does not mean they are immature, dumb, or in any other way misleading. They bring up relative points that need to be looked at. Also, others like Moonie have brought up facts that he is relatively capable in certain aspects.

We each have our own opinions on the matter. A lot, even if happen in recent past, should be looked into in some degree and not just left on the burner to boil over.

And for the record, this thread has gone fairly long without downright bashing. I must applaud.

Oh sorry, worded it wrong. I didn't mean it was HER first mature comment. I meant it was the first well thought out, and adult like response that someone had said in this thread, in my opinion.

Malinko:
I never wanted to 'get with' Kisharha.. I asked her if she wanted to hangout because she lived only a few blocks from me. She said yes, and offered to bring over some festivities. She was the one that suggested ANYTHING sexual to me.. which I politely reminded her that not only was she not really my type but I had a boyfriend at the time. Alexander never gave me 400 for anything.. and if he did it would surely not be for a tablet.

As for NW graphics on mana realms.. Stefan asked me what I was doing about GFX and I told him I would probably end up using mostly classic graphics since finding someone talented on Graal for a project like this would be tough and then he suggested using New World work.. in order to not let quality work go to waste. The only thing we are currently using is the bakery graphics and some spell effects. The only time I ever 'worked' on babylon was when Soto and I were on the phone with Nemesis and Kisharha and were making fun of it.. and wanted to prove to nemesis that we could get staff jobs on Babylon in less than 5 seconds... Soto became a GP and I became a NAT with full NC rights within 3 minutes.. proving of course that Alexander was (and still is) a lame manager lol

The only staff I was ever really staff on was Elven Lands.. babylon was always a really lame pw when Enigma was big.. and when it died down it became competition.. why would I ever want to work there? I got NC there a lot because I was bored once I quit graal and wanted to script sometimes.. but never did anything for the pw.

I have WAY more managment experience on and off graal than you. I have an associates degree in buisness managment and currently work at a market research company as a district manager.. so.. get real man. You have no idea what you are talking about, and btw.. I thought that PW's werent supposed to have more than two L4 rc's? One for the manager and co-manager.. I should report you to the PWA.. oh wait.. yeah thats right.. you are the PWA.. isnt that sort of a conflict of interest? The same reason why public officals cant run, own or work for a private company while in office (in america)

oooo so stop high fiving people and just do your job.. and stop trying to weasel your way up. and having ANYTHING in common with Clash is not good.. so no five for you

Chances are, Ibonic will be the only person to answer, no one else. That's the only global that I feel like is awesome on this game. So whatever, talk all you wish, but in the end, we'll see what happens.
With the abundant amount of you located in the last part of your post, I'm assuming you are directly talking to me in this... paragraph I suppose. Since it is, I for one never said I didn't appreciate your work. That's an assumption on your side. Basically you took everything I was saying out of context and just assumed I said "MALINKO IS BAD AND CORRUPT AND I HATE HIM!" which is simply what I was not saying. I mentioned previous issues with globals and how people are easily conceited to a certain side and then BAM something bad happens within the globals. The arguments pointed "against" you are CURRENT issues relating to you (Darlene mentioned "Malinko has done some iffy things in the past." I am talking about current issues that exist while you have been in power).

The point you were trying to make had nothing to do with anything. I said earlier your consistancy with support tickets is good, but to gleam over it is nothing special. You can prance around all day saying you answer support tickets but you can't take the moment to discuss why you were removed by a higher global staff, or actually explain certain situations where people have 'caught' you abusing. Even if someone where to get legit screenshots/video/ip connections and report it to Stefan and Unix, they probably still wouldn't do anything.

I'd like to see the ongoing complaints be more investigated by Stefan/Unix (which is very very unrealistic) for more further proof of the incidents going on. Since a lot of the complaints are coming from globals they shouldn't be overlooked.

In my experiance, trainer users have gotten second chances.
Yes, I think they should recieve a second chance unless it is someone who really destroyed something, as in a PW or whatever, then no, they should not recieve a second chance.
Minor trainer usage, yes
Major hacking, no.

Nemesis was a good guy, he wasnt afraid to act, he never said "i'll get back to you" and then never actually bothered. People only say he was corrupt because he actually did his job.

What bad things did he do? Only thing I can remember is the account deleting stuff which he did so he couldnt return to Graal. I'm not saying it was the right thing to do. But I am saying i'd love to see more globals with the balls to do stuff without being afraid of being called corrupt by the angered party.

Graal's going to get sued someday. Their terms of services and contracts have more holes in them than swiss cheese.
Stefan's a nice guy and all, but CyberJoueurs has no idea what the Playerworld Administration is doing. Nor do they seem to remember that they're dealing with money.

Just a note on the side anyway, be aware that when you submit a support ticket to either Malinko or Ibonic (it's one the two in my case) that they have no problem with copy/pasting what you have to say and sharing the information with other players for a "laugh." Real professional, and a great respect for other's privacy.

Not really, Graal reserved the right in their ToS to change or modify at will without notice.. which means their ToS is bull because they can just make up rules whenever. This is not a democracy, you will not see them sued for anything.

The most they could be sued for is privacy issues.. ie: they could have been sued when a large number of players' account/pass and ccinfo was released to the public a while back by a hacker... but no one did anything (for some reason... i mean come on that was your big chance to make a pretty penny)

Also, to Thallen:
I really dont think Ibonic would do that, honestly.. he doesnt have anyone to 'laugh' about it to.. he's very much a loner. Malinko though, I totally see him doing that no doubt about it.. and I am sure he has.

I appriciate your comments and thats what a lot of people will say, Nemesis was a very good guy in terms of getting the job done regardless of what anyone thought.

So during the PWA Reviews, he pulls his weight and gets Kisharha hired as PWA without even submitting an application (Hey, they were dating, it was cool right?)

I suppose you are not aware of all the bad things Nemesis did, I am because I was a part of one. My management was cut short on Babylon because of Nemesis, Disturbed Limit, Devil and Kisharha's friendship. a lot of people know about it, and its a really long story so I will hold of telling it right now. If you really want to know more I have no problem talking about it.

My initial point was, everyone trusted Nemesis, and look what he did. He did his job "great" to many, but was also very shady, reminds me of someone.

That has nothing to do with what he's talking about. The rules don't say you'll be subject to view daggers purposely shaped like a ***** on Maloria, and things like that, and apparently, since all material uploaded on Graal belongs to Graal (which is a joke anyway, so I've heard) that makes it their problem, not Maloria's, or any other server's.

Its a shame the "Return to graal" part didnt quite work out

Everyone trust and some still trust george bush but he is very shady....
Some people trusted Hitler but still he was very shady....
lil girls trust the stranger down the street because he gave her candy...
etc... (I think Ive made my point)

Zz Just keep a close eye on those who act shady, dont want them to surprise you huh.

No I'm probably not aware of 'all the bad things Nemesis did'. I only know what he tells me. But what I do know is that when he was around he was very helpful to me atleast, and that comparing him to Malinko is just daft.

Really you need to learn about Graal.. they dont care! Nor do they have any reason to care about that. Maloria makes them money, plenty of it because they get in the upper 80-90 players. You probably have no idea the disgusting things on UN... hell the founders hangout is called the G-Spot.. wtf? (I know thats his name, but you know he didnt just name it that because of his name)

Anyways.. Nemesis was a real nice guy to me til he found out contego and I were dating.. then he flipped and kept trying to find ways to fire me tellign me on ICQ that he didnt want 'queers' on graal.. especially running pw's

How is that such a bad example? Because he helped you?
The situations are honestly almost alike, both appear to be good at what they are doing, both do things however they can, both reamin(ed) in power despite solid proof with little or no care from Stefan or Unixmad.

It would be diffrent you know if anyone else who could do anything about it posted and said "Oh, we are keeping a closer eye on him, sorry for the trouble he has caused" or something like that. However they just dont care, so that makes it much worse.

Man, I doubt that.

Nemesis is married to Kisharha now, he's in Florida. Vulcan is the only person I know who lives in Florida, besides me a few months ago.
