Yes, and it can sometimes be difficult to get the NPC server restarted if it crashes late in the day.

True, but almost all bugs are fixed by Stefan (except NPC's like shop and escort event NPC's)

All globals are able to do that. We also want to hire another GP which was selected, but he dont get a grasp on his computer problems. If its not fixed very soon, we need to select a new candidate. But that not so easy to find the right person.

A few developers need to be hired to take some pressure off of Stefan, he doing almost everything right now.

Yea, even if Draenin comes back fine (Which I am sure he will) 1 GP for a whole time zone is not really enough. I understand its hard to find the right people though. I'm sure you'll make the right decision

It apparently lasts very long to get spare parts for computers. Here you can buy and carry such things directly. Hopefully you get your stuff soon!

I'm going to assume you're getting them fixed this way because they're under warranty, which would entirely explain the long delay.
