I'm pretty sure Sam can't even create items, except for very minor ones like that one of a kind shield with crappy stats -_-

Uhm, actually, I think the ability to spawn is pretty much all or nothing. I know 2k2 Main dosen't run off the DM Commands directly, but even still archtype access is archtype access.
